Eick and Day Construction partnered with WD Door in Ankeny to install multiple commercial garage doors and operators at the new Karl Dealership in Marshalltown, Iowa. Our experienced garage door technicians completed the installation of 15 Haas CA315iC doors from the commercial aluminum series, featuring a heavy-duty outer frame. This door style offers a strong, profiled framing structure, making it an ideal solution for automotive dealerships and other commercial facilities.
In addition, 12 Haas 716 insulated steel doors were installed. Part of the Insulated 700 Series, these doors are designed to reduce exterior noise, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the overall appearance of the building, creating a more comfortable and efficient interior environment.
To complement the durable Haas doors, WD Door installed LiftMaster commercial operators, including 23 LM J501L5 jackshaft operators and 2 LM T501L5 operators. The LM J501L5 provides advanced business connectivity, enhanced safety and security, commercial safety sensors, and a timer-to-close feature. The LM T501L5 offers similar capabilities, including real-time alerts, dock management functionality, and commercial-grade safety features—delivering reliable performance and long-term peace of mind.
